ENVIRONMENT & FACILITIES
Parkes travel will be via Parkes - Manildra - Borenore - Campsite and vice versa for trip home
Description of site and facilities
Scout Campsite with Full amenities, camping in 3rd Parkes Scout Tents
Power, water, or facility limitations
[240 volt power - for amenities only - all campers must be totally independant aprat from Amenities of shower and toilers - NO Phone charging facilities
Scouts will be cooking on LP gas BBQ and gas rings,, plus wood fires - food as per patrol decided menu]

Adult screening requirements
(Adults must be Members with membership Number and all modules completed)
Participants are permitted to leave the event and return, but must be picked up my known parent or carer with advice prior to camp
HEALTH, SAFETY & HYGIENE
Health expectations (e.g. illness exclusions)
Participants should not attend if they are unwell or showing symptoms of illness.
Participants may be sent home if they become unwell during the event. [Parent/Carer to arrange pickup]
BEHAVIOUR & PARTICIPATION EXPECTATIONS
Behaviour standards
This event will be using the patrol system and buddy system. Participants are required to stay with the Patrol, with the exception of needing to use the amentiies, in this situation, they must go with a buddy and ensure that the Patrol leader is aware of their whereabouts.
All participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully at all times, in accordance with the Scouts Code of Conduct, the Scout Promise and Law, and relevant federal and state laws.
Participants may be sent home in the case of non-compliance with the expected standards of behavior. Parents/carer must pickup their youth at own cost if they asked to leave camp
EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING
Participants must bring - Warm bedding and Clothing, plus Wet Weather clothing and shoes/boots
All bedding / sleeping bags must be packed inside luggage bags/rucksacks etc.,

Participants must NOT bring
[Anthing they cannot afford to lose] or knifes or electronic gaming devices
Responsibility for personal items is the sole responsibility of the participant and/or their parent/guardian. Under no circumstances will Leaders be responsible for safe keeping, loss or damage to items.

[Parkes Scout Patrol tents - do not bring large Inflatable mattresses - suggest self inflating mattresses that are just bigger than a sleeping bag]
